On day one, we sat down with a coffee and dove into strategy mode. It surfaced quickly that there was a gap in the market. An unfulfilled need for a high-capacity, progressive team with a brand that appealed to the commercial sector. As a multi-award winning company with 20 years in the industry, their reputation was strong but it was time to adapt to a longterm vision. One that allowed them to think beyond what the balustrade industry currently offers, and into the future of what it will inevitably become.
